I like to write on arts & culture, language and learning, plus women's rights, city politics, and if I'm lucky a little bit of law - dry you say? Not for me!

I speak French at an ever-decreasing level of fluency, call my cat Joe Buck and can always be found spilling coffee up my tree-lined Fairmount block. I'm a poet when I'm trying and I dance hip hop on Tuesdays.
